Comfort & Look:
This looks and feels great! Generally NineWest shoes tend to hurt me after a while but these are so comfortable to walk in. There is a 1/2 inch platform in the front and that makes it super comfortable. I consider myself to have wide feet and these fit well. I purchased two pairs, one in Black Suede and Bronze Multi and have gotten so many compliments. You can dress it up or dress it down. Very versatile.
Heel Height:
4 inches approx. I wear heels all the time and when I saw this online it looked like the heel is much bigger than 4 inches and I was a little concerned about ordering these but I am happy with my purchase.
Fit:
Almost true to size. I wear 9.5 and these are slightly loose at the back and come off every once in a while walking. I went to Nine West store and they gave me some inserts and they did the trick.
I am giving it 5 stars because with inserts I was able to solve the issue of shoe being slightly big.

.. am going for another pair, they are by far the most comfortable pumps I own. Nine West, just the Best !
