Comfort & Look:
This looks and feels great! Generally NineWest shoes tend to hurt me after a while but these are so comfortable to walk in. There is a 1/2 inch platform in the front and that makes it super comfortable. I consider myself to have wide feet and these fit well. I purchased two pairs, one in Black Suede and Bronze Multi and have gotten so many compliments. You can dress it up or dress it down. Very versatile.
Heel Height:
4 inches approx. I wear heels all the time and when I saw this online it looked like the heel is much bigger than 4 inches and I was a little concerned about ordering these but I am happy with my purchase.
Fit:
Almost true to size. I wear 9.5 and these are slightly loose at the back and come off every once in a while walking. I went to Nine West store and they gave me some inserts and they did the trick.
I am giving it 5 stars because with inserts I was able to solve the issue of shoe being slightly big.

The first time I tried this shoe on I couldn't believe it was a high heel pump! You can easily wear this one all day with confidence. Goes with just about everything I own too. I'll be getting more of these in different colors!

I like this shoe OK - just OK, not mad love. It runs large, so I had to put pads in. I'm normally an eight - but should have gotten a 7.5
Not sure I'll wear these a lot - but had read other reviews of how comfortable they were.
Seller was excellent and the price was right.

I am very used to walk in high heels and these are so hard to walk. They fit me perfectly, and even I put those insets to hold my ankles, they kept coming out at every step. They are the hardest shoes to walk I have ever had. I look like a walking soldier. jaja. I had to alter them putting ankle straps and now, I wear them everywhere because the heel and platform are so confortable. These are very good looking shoes. I look really tall as the leather on the front does not show the platform. I am sorry I had to invest more to make them useful.
