I bought these boots in brown in a store before Thanksgiving. They were so comfortable I could have worn them day and night. I began looking for them in black and finally found them at the best price at Amazon. The leather is soft and bunches easily. This boot does not come all the way up to my knee; they are perfect with skirts and capris. I highly recommend them.

These are the cutest but most important, most comfortable boots!!!! I get compliments all the time! My daughter also has these boots and would say the exact same thing! A MUST HAVE!!!!!!!!!!

these boots are SO comfortable! i could wear them all day! i am usually between an 8-8.5. got these in an 8 and they fit great with room for thick socks or thin tights, fit great either way. they slip on very easily. the only thing i don't like about them is how they slouch at the ankle. i have skinny ankles though but kind of wide feet, average calfs. they looks super cute from the side!

The boots look great and are really comfortable to walk in (low heel). The only problem I have with them is that they slouch a lot and I have to keep pulling them up over my jeans. I wish there was more substance to the side walls of the boots. Otherwise, a great bargain. Nine West is a good, reputable brand.
