I ordered these boots for my niece who wants to be a cowgirl! These are exceptionally high quality. The leather is soft and the detailing is great. I'm so glad I ordered these!

I ordered these boots for my daughter who is learning to ride. I received them in record time! I was sooo sad however, as they were too big but oh so cute! Ordered a 10.5, which is the size she measures at, but they were at least a size too big. So I called the Cowboy Shop and they were so nice and understanding. I reordered through their website and sent back the other pair. The reorder was processed the same day AND they credited the original S/H charges. That is what I call service! I highly recommend this seller.

I ordered these boots for my niece. I chose size 6.5M US, which seemed to me to indicate a size more than big enough for an 8 1/2-year-old girl. (Clicking the link to the merchant sizing chart was of no use.)
Her mother just informed me that the boots were "toddler size". I spent $50 on this Christmas present, shipping included. I'm not happy!
